If you need to return an item, please complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below or contact customer service online or by phone at 1-844-937-2787. Please have your order number ready.
Once we have received your RMA request, you will be contacted by Partsroom within two (2) business days for instructions on returning the item.

Merchandise returned as defective will be thoroughly tested and inspected. For merchandise that is verified as defective, Partsroom will either (at its sole discretion) repair or replace the merchandise at no charge, or issue a full store credit for the defective merchandise, including freight.
Refunds are only issues in special circumstances such as when the wrong part was shipped (error made on our part).
Refunds or store credit will not be issued for merchandise damaged due to corrosive materials, abuse, alteration, or misuse.
Merchandise must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, in salable condition, and originally purchased as service parts from Partsroom. All returns must be packaged in a manner to guard against damage. The RMA number must be clearly noted on package. ANY RETURN NOT SHIPPED PREPAID FREIGHT WILL BE REFUSED.
